Process water to a consistent specification, without stopping the line.

Commercial water treatment
Aqua Flex designs, builds and services reverse osmosis plants for buildings that cannot stop when the water does. Every system is sized against a test of your own supply.

Why it is quoted, not priced
Two buildings on the same road can need completely different plants. These are the seven things that decide yours, and all of them come from a survey rather than a catalogue.
Applications
What a plant has to survive differs by building. The tolerance for downtime differs even more.

Process water to a consistent specification, without stopping the line.

Treated water where consistency is not negotiable and downtime is not an option.

Drinking water for guests and kitchens, at volume, every day.

Safe drinking water across a campus from a single plant.

Feed water conditioned to what the process actually requires.

Shared infrastructure serving tenants with very different demands.
System journey
Five stages between your supply and the outlet. What sits inside each one is decided by the water analysis.
Bore, mains or tanker
Whatever your supply carries at this point is what the plant has to deal with. It is measured before anything is specified.
Sand, carbon, softening
Media vessels take out suspended solids and chlorine, and a softener is fitted where the water is hard enough to scale the membrane. This stage exists to protect the most expensive part of the plant.
High pressure separation
A high pressure pump forces water against a semi-permeable membrane. Water passes; dissolved salts, chemicals and microbes are rejected to drain.
Polishing and disinfection
Final conditioning to the quality the application needs — taste polishing for drinking water, further treatment where a process demands it.
Held ready at pressure
Treated water is stored and distributed to the points that need it, sized so demand peaks do not outrun the plant.

System range
Capacity follows from your feed water and peak demand, so a commercial plant is quoted rather than priced from a list.
Restaurants, clinics, small schools, offices
Hospitals, hotels, factories, larger institutions
Process industry, bottling, multi-building sites
Aqua Flex does not publish fixed prices for commercial plants. The cost depends on feed water, capacity, pretreatment, pumps, controls and the site itself — so the honest answer is a quotation against a survey, not a number on a page.
How we design systems
Seven steps, each one decided by what the water and the site require.
TDS, hardness and source conditions measured at your supply before anything is quoted.
Capacity worked from peak daily demand and operating hours, not from an average.
Media, softening and cartridge stages chosen against the reading — fitted only where the water needs them.
Vessels, pump, membrane housings and controls specified to work together at your pressure.
Plumbing, electrical and mechanical work carried out on site.
Pressure set, recovery checked, and an outlet reading taken so you know what you have before we leave.
Filter and membrane replacement, scheduled servicing and breakdown callouts by the same team.
