What this does
A starting point, and a message worth reading
It gathers the things an engineer would ask on a first call, puts them in one place, and suggests which category of system the conversation should start from. Then it hands the whole summary to you, so you can read it before it is sent.
What it does not do
Design your plant
It does not size a system, choose components, set stages or quote a price, because none of those can be decided from a form. They come from a test of your supply and a look at your site. Anything claiming otherwise is guessing with a nice interface.
