Tell us what you need

Four things are required — your name, a number, where the water will be used, and a line about the requirement. Everything else is optional.

Litres or gallons per day — whichever you know.

Only if you have had the water tested. If not, leave it — we will test it.

A line or two is enough. What the water is for, and anything unusual about the site.

What helps us understand your requirement

You do not need any of this to get in touch. It is simply what turns a first message into a useful conversation.

Water source
Mains, bore, tanker or stored — and whether it changes.
Any water test or TDS reading
If you have had it tested. If not, that is normal and we will test it.
Required quantity
Roughly how much treated water you need in a day.
Application
Drinking, kitchen, general facility use, or feeding a process.
Available installation space
Where it would go, and how someone would reach it to service it.
Existing plant details
If something is already installed, whatever you know about it.
